J.E.P. Enterprise Co., Ltd. has experience in designing and installing medical gas systems according to NFPA standards. The installation team and technicians have been continuously trained. They are highly skilled and experienced. They create quality work and are strict in every step.

 
J.E.P. Enterprise Co., Ltd. pays close attention to every detail, such as:
  • Clean the copper pipe according to NFPA 56F standards before packing and sending it to the installation site.
  • Use pure nitrogen to blow inside the pipe while connecting the pipe. This is to prevent soot from forming inside the pipe.
  • Test the pressure before and after installing the equipment.
  •     Mark the color and arrows according to the type of gas.
  • Remove dust or residue inside the pipe until passing the test.
  • Test the accuracy of the initial gas and prevent CROSS CONNECTION.
  •     Check and test the efficiency of the equipment (COMMISSIONING & PERFORMANCE TEST)
  • Full gas system inspection according to NFPA STANDARD by inspectors from N.I.T.C./U.S.A.
  • Training on use and maintenance until users can use it well

J.E.P. Enterprise Co., Ltd. realizes the importance of quality and safety standards for inspection to meet the same standards as the NFPA STANDARD of the United States. The company has personnel who have been trained by the N.I.T.C. (NATIONAL INSPECTION TESTING CERTIFICATION) Institute in the United States, equipped with modern testing equipment. Such as OXYGEN ANALYSER, CARBONMONOXIDE & DEWPOINT MONITOR, ULTRASONIC LEAK- DETECTOR, etc., with comprehensive inspection of medical gas systems, such as gas distribution center and vacuum inspection, gas pipe switching, gas pressure and flow rate, gas purity testing and alarm systems. Record inspection results that can be used as supporting documents for inspections certified by ISO 9001 and HA (HOSPITAL ACCREDITATION) standards.
