Operating room ceiling (CEILING ELEMENTS)

The ceiling of operating rooms and equipment are strong and safe. Prefabricated wall plan consists of prefabricated flat panels (FLAT PANEL) with smooth surface properties, produced by the EBC TECHNOLOGY process, which has ANTIBACTERIAL properties, can prevent the growth of bacteria by not less than 99.99%, tested according to the JIS Z 2801:2 standard, does not accumulate dust and germs, prevents static electricity, ANTI STATIC, can resist acids and alkalis, easy to clean, strong and durable, suitable for use in rooms that require high cleanliness (CLEAN ROOM), 8 mm thick, TRESPA brand, TOPLAB VERTICAL model, TOPLAB VERTICAL with wall hanging rail system, assembled and installed with a galvanized steel frame by hot-dip method (HOT-DIP ZINC COST), sealed joints with anti-fungal polyurethane materials, prepare space for electrical systems, medical gases, air conditioning. The prefabricated flat panels are products that have received the following standards:

  • This distribution center set has a structure made of EXTRUDED ANODIZED ALUMINUM and the surrounding surface is made of synthetic materials, 6 mm thick flat sheet, with the properties of not being a place for dust and preventing static electricity (ANTI-STATIC)

Wall-mounted chest suction unit

  • Adjustable suction rate from 0 – 30 cm/H2O
  • There is a water bottle to measure the suction rate from 0 – 30 cm/H2O
  • The bottle holds liquids and sputum of 1,800 cc. The bottle is clear and can be seen all around. There are lines indicating the amount of liquid. It can be sterilized by steam. Convenient for cleaning, with a hanging basket.

Ceiling Mounted Flexible Hose

Ceiling Mounted Flexible Hoses are used for delivering gas through a retractable hose in large rooms like OT’s.

On one end, this hose assembly is connected to the ceiling gas outlet with a DISS/Nist fitting that is suitable for the required gas type. On the other end, it is connected to a portable gas outlet that has the same gas coding as the ceiling outlet.

A pulley (key back) is attached to the hose to easily adjust its height according to the user’s needs.

Features

  • A quick connect outlet with flexibility in use – you can pull the hose down with its connecting adapter and then release it, to move back to its original place.
  • Cost-effective – alternative for using pendants in OTs.
  • Fits for rooms where it is difficult to install outlets in the side walls.

  • Portable gas outlets that can be attached to the hose are available in several standards including DIN, ENV, Sil-Ohio, Puritan Bennett, Chemetron, and British standard*.
  • Retractable hoses work with a pulley (key back).
  • Each medical gas outlet and hose has a gas coding to avoid inappropriate gas usage.
