LAMINAR FLOW SUPPLY Clean Air Supply Panel Set for Operating Rooms The clean air supply panel set is designed for use in operating rooms that require high cleanliness and has an air supply characteristic as an air curtain. The wind speed is approximately 0.25 M/S (LAMINAR FLOW). It is installed above the operating table to prevent infection (PROTECTION CLEAN ZONE) according to the standards EN ISO 14644-1, ONORM H 6020, DIN1946 and VDC 2083.

Operating room door system (AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR)

The door for the main operating room entrance (Main Door) is designed for use in the operating room as a sliding door, brand MARKUS, model M5 or MARKRONOMIC, which is a product of Europe or America. It has an opening size of 1,500 mm. x 2,100 mm. with a 300 mm. x 300 mm. glass window, it is a hermetic sealing system, HERMETIC SEALING SLIDING DOOR. The top and sides of the door edge are installed with RUBBER SEALING PROFILE rubber sheets and the bottom edge of the door is installed with STRIP RIGID RUBBER SEAL rubber edges along the line with door hanging rails. The sliding door runs on BALL RACES with NYLON wheels. The door handle is made of aluminum. The door opens and closes automatically controlled by a MICRO PROCESSOR MICRO PROCESSOR with elbow control switches (ELBOW SWITCH) and NO TOUCH SWITCH. There is a SINGLE – BEAM PHOTO – ELECTRIC CELL safety system. If there is an obstacle at the door, the door will stop and open automatically in case of malfunction of the automatic open-close set or power outage. The door can be opened-closed with the door handle. The door is about 40 mm thick and can prevent noise of about 27 decibels. The door frame is made of SATIN ANODIZED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM SATIN ANODIZED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM. The door surface is covered with PLASTIC PLASTIC LAMINATE. The door frame and door are finished products from the same manufacturer. The main entrance door to the operating room has been tested according to the air leakage prevention standard AIR PERMEABILITY TEST SLIDING DOOR ANSI / UL 1784 or BS 476.
