The secondary entrance door from the operating room to the hand washing room is designed for use in the operating room as a sliding door, brand MARKUS, model M5 or MARKRONOMIC, which is a European or American product. It has an opening size of 1,500 mm. x 2,100 mm. with a glass window size of 300 mm. x 300 mm. It is a hermetic sealing system. The top and sides of the door edge are installed with RUBBER SEALING PROFILE rubber sheets and the bottom edge of the door is installed with STRIP RIGID RUBBER SEAL rubber edges along the line with hanging rails to support the door. The sliding door runs on BALL RACES with NYLON wheels. There is a door handle made of aluminum. The door opens and closes automatically controlled by a MICRO PROCESSOR. MICRO PROCESSOR with elbow switch and NO TOUCH SWITCH. There is a SINGLE – BEAM PHOTO – ELECTRIC CELL safety system. If there is an obstacle at the door, the door will stop and open automatically in case of malfunction of the automatic open-close set or power outage. The door can be opened-closed with the door handle. The door is about 40 mm thick and can prevent noise of about 27 decibels. The door frame is made of SATIN ANODIZED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM SATIN ANODIZED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM. The door surface is covered with PLASTIC PLASTIC LAMINATE. The door frame and door are finished products from the same manufacturer. The main entrance door to the operating room has been tested according to the air leakage prevention standard AIR PERMEABILITY TEST SLIDING DOOR ANSI / UL 1784 or BS 476.

The Silbermann jet scavenging inlet is designed for safe removal of surplus anaesthetic gas from the operating theatre.
The scavenging inlet assembly uses compressed air to create suction and propels the contaminated air to the outside atmosphere.
