Walls of operating rooms and equipment are strong and safe. Prefabricated wall plan consists of prefabricated flat panels (FLAT PANEL) with smooth surface properties, produced by the EBC TECHNOLOGY process, which has ANTIBACTERIAL properties, can prevent the growth of bacteria by not less than 99.99%, tested according to the JIS Z 2801:2 standard, does not accumulate dust and germs, prevents static electricity, ANTI STATIC, can resist acids and alkalis, easy to clean, strong and durable, suitable for use in rooms that require high cleanliness (CLEAN ROOM), 8 mm thick, TRESPA brand, TOPLAB VERTICAL model, TOPLAB VERTICAL with wall hanging rail system, assembled and installed with a galvanized steel frame by hot-dip method (HOT-DIP ZINC COST), sealed joints with anti-fungal polyurethane materials, prepare space for electrical systems, medical gases, air conditioning. The bottle holds liquids and sputum of 1,800 cc. The bottle is clear and can be seen all around. There are lines indicating the amount of liquid. It can be sterilized by steam. Convenient for cleaning, with a hanging basket.

Operating room floor ANTISTATIC ANTIST

The operating room floor is HEAVY DUTY type rubber tile or scientific carpet in roll form with the properties of ANTISTATIC CONDUCTIVE VINYL FLOOR COVERING, brand ARMSTRONG or equivalent to EN 649 standards, approximately 2 meters wide and 2 millimeters thick. The tiles on the floor will be laid up to the walls, approximately 150 mm high. All seams will be seamlessly connected.

Secondary entrance door SCRUB ROOM (MANUAL type)

It is a single opening door (SINGLE HINGED DOOR) of the SEMI AIR TIGHT type with a glass window. The door size is approximately 0.90 x 2.00 meters. The top and sides of the door edge have RUBBER SEALING PROFILE rubber sheets installed and the bottom edge of the door has a DROP SEAL rubber edge installed. DROP SEAL type with equipment. The door is a hinged door that automatically closes the door, and the door handle with key is the DEAD LOCK type. Material standards – ISO 9001:2000 standard.
